Service Description

Come and experience this beautiful mountaineering adventure, where in 3 days you will have the opportunity to climb to the summit of this volcanic stratum, which is a classic in the Ñuble region. Itinerary: Day 1: 4:00 PM Team meeting, equipment check, and beginning of the trek through the forest, volcanic rock, and beautiful landscapes to the campsite (approximately 2.5 hours). This place is ideal for camping, with grass, fresh water, a waterfall, a spring, and beautiful views!! Setting up camp, dinner, and rest. Day 2: We wake up at 7:00 AM, have breakfast, and start our journey to the summit. We will have beautiful views of the mountain range, getting higher and with more perspective as we go. Once we reach the ice zone, we will put on crampons and ice axes, allowing us to progress quickly and smoothly over the compacted snow (you will learn how to move safely with these implements). After approximately 4.5 hours of walking, we will reach the beautiful summit of Nevados de Chillan, where we can see the Descabezado volcano to the north, the Domuyo volcano in Argentina, and Antuco, Sierra Velluda, Callaqui, and Copahue to the south. We will spend a pleasant time at the summit, and then begin our descent. After approximately 2.5 hours, we will arrive back at our campsite, where we will rest after this journey, and those who want to can do a small stretching session to take care of our bodies. We will have dinner and share experiences before resting. Day 3: We will wake up around 9:30 AM, have a relaxed breakfast, enjoy the place, and then dismantle the camp and return to the vehicles.
